The newest member of the Roosevelt City Council has officially been sworn in. The ceremony took place last week. The 2021 election ballot included the race for Mayor, two 4-year term City Council seats, and one 2-year-term City Council seat. Mayor JR Bird did not have a challenger and the two City Council 4-year term seats were secured by incumbent David Baird and incumbent Dustin White. The newcomer, Rowdy Cloward, received the votes for the 2-year City Council seat and is now officially sworn in.
