The 16th Annual Holly Days is happening this Friday in Vernal. Holly Days activities run from 11am to 8pm on November 26th. Residents and visitors are welcome to participate in all of the activities, shows, and events. “Thanks to the many generous community and business donations, Holly Days is free to the public,” shares Vernal City Manager Quinn Bennion. “Start early with the Home for the Holly Days activity checklist at communityhollydays.com. Completed checklists are entered into prize drawings.” There are four locations to explore on Friday – Downtown Cobblerock Park, Western Park and Trees for Charity, the County building lawn and the new Christmas Village at 100 North 100 West at Ashley Regional Medical Center. The Holly Jolly Trolley provided by BTA transports attendees between locations. Dress warm for the outdoor weather. The Parade of Lights starts at 6pm on Main Street, followed by the fire dancer presentation at the County Building and finish off the day with fireworks at 200 East and Main Street. Main Street will be closed from 900 West to 500 East from 5:30pm to about 8:30pm.
