Uintah High School Sterling Scholars Announced

High school seniors from across Utah will compete in the Sterling Scholar competition in the spring and Uintah High School has announced its representatives. Sterling Scholar for Agricultural Science is Scotlyn Williams, Business and Marketing is Sydney Migliori, Computer Technology is Thomas Driggs, Dance is Ashlyn Meier, English is Marcy Reynolds, Family and Consumer Sciences is Brinley Jones, Instrumental Music is Laura Anderson, Mathematics is Randon Davis, Science is Caleb McKee, Social Science is Johnathan Porter, Visual Arts is Lyndee Johnson, World Languages is Jeffrey Langley, and General is Kelsey Alexander. Uintah Sterling Scholar Advisor Kay Baker says being a sterling scholar is a big deal state wide. “These students have to have a lot of experience in their area to be selected,” explains Baker. “They seem to be an extremely powerful group that is excited to get going on their portfolios.” Congratulations to the Uintah High School Sterling Scholars!
