Are you a student in grades Kindergarten through 6th and want to write a play? Uintah County Library has found the opportunity for you. Plan-B Theatre is a professional arts organization that produces full seasons of new work by Utah playwrights. Now the theatre company is holding their first annual Student Playwriting Festival. K-6 grade students can submit original plays that will be produced as staged readings by Plan-B Theatre and Youth Theatre at the U. The plays can be written by individuals, pairs, or groups but cannot feature any copyrighted characters. The play needs to be 1 to 5 pages in length and needs to be submitted by May 1st, 2021.
