Tri-County Area COVID-19 Transmission Level Update (2/11/21 – 2/17/21)

The TriCounty Health District COVID-19 Transmission Index Levels remain the same with Uintah County and Duchesne County at the High Transmission Level and Daggett County at the Low Transmission Level. According to Thursday’s press release, Uintah County’s 7-day average percent positivity was 17 percent and there were 145 cases in the past 14 days. Duchesne County’s 7-day average percent positivity was 17 percent and there were 52 cases in the past 14 days. Daggett County’s 7-day average percent positivity was 20 percent and there was 1 case in the past 14 days. Over the past 7 days from the time of the press release, the tri-county area as a whole had 7 COVID-19 related hospitalizations and 1 new COVID-19 related death. Statewide total ICU utilization was 81 percent and the 7-day COVID-19 utilization was 25 percent.
