Uintah Basin Healthcare has announced that they have received another limited shipment of the Moderna COVID-19 vaccine to assist TriCounty Health in vaccinating those age 70 and older in our community. The vaccination event will be held Friday, February 12th from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM at Uintah Basin Medical Center in Clinic 1. “If a patient is immobile and unable to exit the vehicle to receive a vaccination, there will be parking spots labeled directly in front of the UBMC Pharmacy where the patient may arrive at the scheduled time, park and follow directions on the sign to be vaccinated,” shares Uintah Basin Healthcare. “If there are elderly who do not have internet access or who need technical assistance completing the form, they may call The Clinic at (435)789-9675.” Appointments must be scheduled online ahead of time.
