The Oh, Fudge! tradition took place over the weekend but it’s not too late to join the fun. This Uintah County Library classic event is a favorite with the demonstrations, recipes, activities, prizes, and free treats to get ready for the holidays. This year was a little different as a virtual event but that means the recording is still available to access. Just visit the Uintah County Library Facebook page. On the page there are video demonstrations as well as the recipe booklet that can be downloaded. This year the crew made ovaltine rice crispy treats, rudolph red nosed cookies, peanut butter snowballs,and “shoot your eye out” fudge.
