Women of all trades, titles, professions, and endeavors, Utah wants to hear your voice. The governor’s Women In The Economy Commission members are inviting the women of Utah to a special video conference to share how their lives have been impacted while in the midst of the global pandemic. The commission wants to know and will be eagerly listening to understand the challenges, concerns and issues that are important. Topics they are gathering information on include access and affordability of employment, housing and food, personal safety and mental health, childcare, healthcare, and education. As they put it, “ladies, we are ready to listen, for you to connect with other women and together discover key issues that the commission members can prioritize for improved policies and elevate the experience and status of women statewide.” The event will be on Tuesday November 24th from 2pm to 4pm.
