TriCounty Transmission Levels And Updated Percent Positivity By County

Once again the counties in the TriCounty Health District will remain at the same COVID-19 Transmission Index Levels. That means that Uintah County and Duchesne County remain at the High Transmission Level and Daggett County remains at the Low Transmission Level. According to a Thursday press release from TriCounty Health, Uintah County’s 7-day average percent positivity was 22 percent and there were 261 cases in the past 14 days. Duchesne County’s 7-day average percent positivity was 21 percent and there were 98 cases in the past 14 days. Daggett County remained at zero percent and zero cases. Over the past 7 days the tri-county area as a whole had 13 new COVID-19 related hospitalizations and one new COVID-19 related death.
