The 2nd round of the Uintah Small Business Grants are now open and businesses are encouraged to apply. “The 1st round of the Uintah Small Business Grant funded over 240 different local businesses with over 2.1 million dollars,” shares Uintah County. “Many entities expressed their appreciation and commented how it was the deciding factor to stay open. We are pleased that we are able to create a program that allows us to provide relief funding for our local businesses and keep these monies in our community. The 2nd round is expected to help even more businesses with even more funding.” Applications are due by 5:00 pm on Monday, November 16th. “We are grateful for the partnership with Vernal City, Naples City, and Ballard City to make this program possible with Cares Act Funding each entity has received through the State of Utah from the United States Federal Government.” shares Uintah County.
