The Parade of Lights has always been a wonderful part of the Holly Days experience in Vernal. The Vernal Chamber of Commerce is wanting to make this year’s parade bigger and better than ever, but it needs the help of creative community members. As they put it: “Gather up your friends, family, employees, and have fun creating an awesome float for your chance to win a cash prize!” The theme this year is Winter Wonderland with cash prizes for Best All-Around, Best Family Float, Grand Marshal Award, Best in Theme, Best in Light Display, and Best Christmas Spirit.
