Do you like to write but aren’t sure where to start? Maybe you have a story idea or have written a book but want some feedback? November happens to be National Novel Writing Month, an event that was designed to help writers jump into the novel writing process. To kickstart the month Uintah County Library is holding a Writer’s Workshop. This event is a participation group with activities designed for those nine years old and up (including tweens, teens, and adults). “Whether you are working on a novel, writing a memoir, or trying your hand at fan fiction, you are welcome to join in the fun!” shares the Uintah County Library announcement. “All types of writing are welcome. Bring your project with you and be prepared to work on it. Sharing your writing material is optional.” If interested come to the library today, Thursday, October 22nd, at 7pm. The group will meet at the fireplace area in the library upstairs and will meet on Thursdays until December 3rd. Direct any questions to Roxanne Batty at 435-789-0091.
