It’s a busy time of year but don’t let that stop you from the chance for an amazing experience. Auditions for Outlaw Trail Theater’s production of
The Pirates of Penzance
are being held Tuesday and
Wednesday, April 16th
and 17th,
from 6:30 to 9:30pm
at the Western Park Ice Rink Building. The busy reality of this time of year, however, is that some would-be auditioners can’t make it either day but does that mean their chances are forfeited? Not this year. Video auditions can be submitted with no more than 90 seconds of singing and a short monologue if desired. It does not need to be professionally done, in fact, a video taken with a smartphone will work great. “This show will be a blast,” shares Executive Producer Ron Litton, “and we are excited to offer the chance to audition to the entire community and plan to put on another Broadway quality show… outdoors under the stars!” Audition instructions can be found at
audition.outlawtrailtheater.com
and videos and applications can be sent to
audition@outlawtrailtheater.com
by
5pm on Wednesday, April 17th.
There are LOTS of pirates and police in this production so come audition to be part of the fun!
