More and more services are resuming at the Uintah County Library and Library Director Sam Passey has the scoop. “Yes, the Library is Open,” shares Passey. “We’re glad to be here for you.” Passey shares the following key things to know: The Summer Reading Program events are taking place on Tuesdays at various times and locations. Follow the Uintah County Library Facebook page or visit the Library website to stay up to date. While all are encouraged to wear masks, they are not required to visit the Library. Computers and study rooms are now available but please check with staff to learn the latest requirements for their use. And finally, the Library is once again taking bookings for the larger meeting rooms. For now, the community room can be used for groups of up to 25 people and the second floor meeting room can be used by groups of up to 12 people. The teen room is expected to open soon. All are invited to come utilize the services at the Uintah County Library. For now, keep in mind that visitors are asked to keep their visits to about 30 minutes.
