The Uintah Basin has many hidden treasures of outdoor adventures. In an effort to help people to explore what the Basin offers, Uintah County Travel and Tourism is starting their Free Day Trips. They will be happening every Wednesday starting on June 3rd and going until July 22nd. The adventures start with a trip to Battleship Rock and Dinosaur Trackway Trail. Meet at the Utah Field House Wednesday at 6pm. There will be a local expert that will act as a guide. Individuals and families will need to bring and drive their own car so plan gas accordingly. Bring a dinner, hiking boots, and plenty of water.
