Clinic 1, Clinic 2, and the ER are open with the OB West Entrance open only for labor and delivery routine NST or active labor patients only. Uintah Basin Healthcare will continue to require COVID-19 screening before entering the hospital. Be prepared to answer questions and have your temperature taken. You will be asked if you have recently traveled in the last 14 days, or if you have a fever of 100.4 or above, a cough, shortness of breath, muscles aches.pains, decreased taste/smell, sore throat, headache, and/or chills. Be sure to notify staff if you have had close contact with any person known to have COVID-19, anyone in your household is exhibiting COVID-19 symptoms, or if you, or anyone in your household, is awaiting COVID-19 test results.
