A man is in the hospital following a shooting in Myton on April 30th. According to a press release from the Duchesne County Sheriff’s Office, detectives are investigating the shooting which was reported to Central Dispatch about 2:05pm on Thursday. “Deputies and emergency medical personnel responded to a residence near 300 East Main Street in Myton,” shares Duchesne County Sheriff’s Office. “One man was flown by medical helicopter to a hospital. His condition is not known at this time. Another man is being questioned in connection with the shooting. There is no outstanding threat to the public. The ages of the men involved in this incident are not immediately available. Their names are not being released.” The investigation is ongoing. The Sheriff’s Office shares that additional information may be released on Friday.
