The change of pace has been stuck in high gear for a while now and sometimes we might get answers to questions we didn’t even know that we had. With Easter around the corner it might not have occured to ask about the Easter Bunny and how COVID-19 will affect his visits. Luckily, TriCounty Health Department has thought things through and announced that both the Easter Bunny and the Tooth Fairy have been categorized as critical employees. They can still perform their tasks with the following guidelines. The Tooth Fairy must wear a mask while collecting teeth, keep a 6-foot social distance and wash her hands after each stop. The Easter Bunny must wear a mask and wash paws before filling baskets and hiding them. Both need to self-monitor for symptoms prior to visiting any child’s home. With these critical employees doing their part, it is expected that all Uintah Basin children will have a safe and enjoyable holiday weekend!
