Female Accomplice Enters Guilty Plea in Bank Robbery

The female accomplice in a Colorado bank robbery last fall has entered a plea of guilty. Craig Daily Press reports that 38-year-old Kristy Carrillo waited in the get-away vehicle while Rudy Cardenas robbed the Bank of Colorado in Craig last September. Carrillo served 100 days in jail and will now be on probation for three years. On February 5th, Rudy Cardenas entered a plea of guilty to Robbery, a Class 4 Felony, for the September robbery of the Craig branch of the Bank of Colorado. He went to immediate sentencing and was sentenced to serve 4 years in the Colorado Department of Corrections. Cardenas is also charged with robbing the Rifle branch of the Bank of Colorado just days after the Craig robbery.
