Do you have a desire to serve the community in a more political nature? The city of Roosevelt has three council position that will be up for election this year. However if you are thinking of running then individuals will need to make their Declarations of Candidacy this week. The declarations need to filed at the Roosevelt City Offices between 8am and 5pm. The last day to be able to drop of the paperwork is Friday, June 7th before the office close. Elections will be held in November.
