The Rotary Club of Vernal is holding their annual Winter Coat Drive. They are gathering new and gently used coats of all sizes and for all ages. Residents of the community who wish to donate can take any coats, gloves and scarves to Davis Food and Drug, Smith’s Food and Drug, Soda Poppin’, Vernal Christian Church, or Uintah County Library until November 7th. The club specified that there is a definite need for kids coat. Then on Saturday, November 9th from 10am to 2pm people can come to Vernal Christian Church for free winter apparel, hot chocolate and cookies. This winter join the Rotary Club to help share the warmth. If you have questions, call either 435-828-3945 or 435-621-4004.
