UDOT construction continues on the east end of Roosevelt and into Gusher. According to this week’s construction update, milling and paving continues heading east on the two-lane section of Highway 40 from 4500 east to the bottom of the hill. Traffic will be reduced to a single lane with flaggers directing traffic. The speed limit has been reduced in the construction zones and UDOT wants the public to know that crews will now also be working on Saturdays. Please slow down and be careful if choosing to drive through construction zones. This is for your own safety and the safety of other drivers and workers. Be careful to observe traffic signs, signals, cones, workers, and equipment.
