A Duchesne County man was arrested on Friday for allegedly giving drugs to 12-year-old minors. According to the Affidavit of Probable Cause, 32-year-old Steven Louis Ozancin admitted to investigators that he smoked Marijuana with the children present on multiple occasions and talked to them about Marijuana, as well as telling them where a pipe was located in a shed, but he denied smoking the Marijuana with the children. Based on interviews with the victims and other evidence, Ozancin was arrested on March 14th and is charged with 13 felony charges, including 4 counts of Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor, 4 counts of Endangerment of a Child, and 5 counts of Distribution of a Controlled Substance. Ozancin is being held without bail for now.
