Funeral services for Devere Ostler, age 89 of Vernal, the husband of Salley Ostler, will be held Monday, February 17, 2025 at 11:00am at the Glines 3rd Ward LDS Chapel by the Temple, (475 West 100 South). Visition and viewing will be held Sunday from 6:00pm ~ 8:00pm at the Phillips Ashley Valley Funeral Home and Monday from 9:45am ~ 10:45am at the church.
Interment in the Maeser Fairview Cemetery. Services under the direction of the Ashley Valley Funeral Home.
