A new school record has been set within the Uintah High School Boys Wrestling program. Michael Alexander now has the record for career takedowns with his 281st takedown on January 17th in Green River. Alexander’s record now surpasses Dillon Dick’s record of 280 career takedowns. The Uintah Boys Wrestling team won in Green River, going 6-0 in duals and beating Green River High in the finals 70-12. The Uintah High Girls Wrestling team also continued their dominating streak by winning the Bruins All-Girls Invite at Mountain View High on January 17th. The team scored 539 points and 28 Utes earned podium spots in their classifications.
