Vernal PD reports that in the early morning hours of January 8th, Vernal City Police responded to a residence located at 126 North 500 East on a reported domestic dispute. Upon arrival, officers discovered that the male suspect, 21-year-old Kaden Bell, had fled the scene prior to law enforcement’s arrival. During the investigation, it was determined that Kaden had been intoxicated and had physically assaulted a female victim.
