Well the weather may not be cooperating for your January sledding aspirations but Uintah County has an option for you. The Buckskin Hills tubing hill will be open Friday and Saturday but it comes with an added bonus of a workout. While there is enough snow to tube down the hill, there is not enough snow for the rope tow that pulls people up the hill. What this means is the hill is open at a discounted price as you’ll be getting yourself up to the top of the hill as many times as you would like to go down. The hill will be open today and tomorrow from 11am to 4pm for $2 per person or $5 for a family of four.
