The next round of Childbirth Preparation classes at Ashley Regional Medical Center begins next week. According to the announcement, the free four-week class starts on January 9th and aims to help soon to be parents get ready for what’s to come.These classes “will help you get ready for the physical, emotional, and lifestyle changes that come with having a baby.” The classes are taught by the Ashley Regional OB team and guest speakers from other facilities and departments. There is also a one night breastfeeding class available that is also open to the community.
