The Vernal Police Department has announced a partnership with A1 Cab to promote safety and help prevent impaired driving during the holiday season. Now through January 1st, anyone who calls A1 Cab for a ride and says the words “Happy Holidays” to the driver will receive a 10% discount on their cab fare. “Whether it’s a night out or a holiday gathering, if you’ve had a little too much holiday cheer, take advantage of this option,” shares Vernal Police Department. “It’s much cheaper than a DUI and a one-way VPD ride to jail…Let’s make this holiday season safe, fun, and memorable.
