A woman on probation in Duchesne County was arrested after failing a compliance check last week. According to the Affidavit of Probable Cause, officers located heroin at the residence as well as alcohol and drug paraphernalia. 40-year-old Tiara Prisbey admitted to officers that she had been using heroin. She was arrested for the offense of Possession with Intent to Distribute and has been charged with 2nd Degree Felony Possession or Use of a Controlled Substance, as well as Misdemeanor charges. Court records show other drug related charges and on December 16th it was filed to hold Prisbey without bail.
