Seniors all over the Basin are prepping for upcoming graduations and energy is building as they anticipate what the future will hold. Uintah High School is keeping energy up with spirit week led by Student Body President Brant Johnson who has kept the school on their toes all year with antics, activities and a stellar example of leadership. Brant is one of over 300 graduates from Uintah High this year with an abundance of memories. Most memorable to Brant was delivering the game ball to Homecoming by helicopter. Currently, Brant and the student body leadership are getting plans in place and seniors signed up for Grad Night. They are also working to raise money for a new archway for the school’s entrance. “Lots of people have donated to it and more contributions would be great,” shares Brant. “Hopefully it can be up before graduation.” Anyone that donates at least $25 dollars will have their name included on a plaque.
