Woman With Local Criminal History Facing New Felony Drug Distribution Charge

A woman with a local criminal history with drugs is facing a new charge in Uintah County. According to the Probable Cause Statement, on October 9th in Uintah County, 51-year-old Lori Diane Bailey distributed Methamphetamine to a confidential informant. As a result, Bailey is charged with 1st Degree Felony Distribution of a Controlled Substance. The court document states that Bailey was not in custody at the time the document was filed on November 7th. Lori Diane Bailey has a long local criminal history with drugs, including many dismissed charges as well as being found Guilty on multiple incidents. These include drug charges from incidents in Duchesne County and Uintah County dating all the way back to at least 2008 when she was found Guilty of Possession with Intent to Distribute a Controlled Substance.
