A repeat DUI offender was arrested once again for driving under the influence in Duchesne County. According to the Affidavit of Probable Cause, calls came in on November 10th at around 11:35am of a driver that appeared to be intoxicated on North Crescent Road. Officers found the vehicle idling and 47-year-old Andrew Cuch sitting in the driver’s seat. A search of the vehicle revealed a quarter full bottle of whisky, an unopened bottle of vodka, 2 empty bottles of tequila, a 12-pack of beer, and 32 oz can of Miller Light. He is charged with 3rd Degree Felony DUI, Open Container/Drinking Alcohol in a Vehicle, Driving on a Denied License, Impeding Traffic, Expired Vehicle Registration, and Operating an Unsafe/Improperly Equipped Vehicle on a Public Highway.
