A warrant executed over the weekend in Uintah County ended in arrest. According to the Probable Cause Statement, a warrant was executed on November 9th on the Vernal residence of 46-year-old Travis Jerry Davies. “Inside the residence officers located a large amount of fentanyl pills, baggies, and a scale. A bong with methamphetamine residue was also located in the residence.” Davies has prior convictions for possession of controlled substances with intent to deliver and has new charges of 1st Degree Felony Possession with Intent to Distribute, 3rd Degree Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance, and Misdemeanor Manufacturing/Delivering Drug Paraphernalia. He is in custody and being held on no bail.
