A motorcycle missing out of Millard County was discovered in Uintah County this fall with a new look. According to the Probable Cause Statement, 25-year-old Gauge Brunner did retain an operable motorcycle belonging to another while knowing or believing that it had been stolen. An inspection of the motorcycle by law enforcement revealed that the motorcycle’s appearance had been altered. Specifically, the fenders had been spray painted a different color than the original paint. The ignition had also been damaged and there was stripped wiring. A records check confirmed that the motorcycle had been stolen out of Millard County. Brunner of Fort Duchesne is charged with 2nd Degree Felony Theft of an Operable Vehicle.
