Funeral services for Ruth Winn, age 95 of Vernal, will be held on Tuesday, October 15, 2024, at 11:00 am at the Ashley 3rd Ward LDS Chapel, 234 East 600 South.
A viewing will be held Tuesday from 9:45 – 10:45 am at the Church.
Interment in the Vernal Memorial park under the direction of the Phillips Ashley Valley Funeral Home.
