The Roosevelt Branch Library now has self-checkout for patrons in a hurry or just wanting to check out their items themselves. There will still be a librarian to check out items like always and the self-checkout is just an added option.
Also keep in mind that the Roosevelt Branch Library has activities to keep everyone busy this month. Movie night is every 2nd Friday at 6pm with free admission and popcorn. A blood drive will be held at the library on July 22nd. Get registered at RedCrossBlood.org and enter sponsor code: ROOSEVELT.
All artists in the Uintah Basin are invited to submit their work in the Harry Potter Art Contest. Submissions are due by 7pm on July 23rd. Finally, everyone needs to make the most of the month of July as far as the summer reading program goes.
The summer reading closing party will be held on Monday, July 29th at 4pm. Stay up to date on the happenings at the Roosevelt Branch of the Duchesne County Library System by following their Facebook page.
