A man has been charged for child sexual abuse that allegedly took place in 2023 in Uintah County. According to the Affidavit of Probable Cause, 19-year-old Damien Marshall made children perform sex acts on him. The investigation was performed by a Vernal PD officer who is also a member of the Internet Crimes Against Children Taskforce. Forensic interviews were part of the investigation including an interview with Marshall. Since the time of the interview, Marshall has left Utah and gone to Alabama resulting in a warrant for his arrest. Marshall is charged with two counts of 1st Degree Felony Sodomy on a Child and one count of 2nd Degree Felony Sexual Abuse of a Child.
