The Vernal City Police officer shot multiple times last month while responding to a call is thankfully home from the hospital with recovery ongoing. Wanting to show their support, the Utah Conservation Officers Association has organized a fundraiser to benefit Sergeant Chad Watt and is inviting the public to participate. UCOA will be giving away 3 items. One is a Weatherby Vanguard 300 WinMag and the other is a Browning A Bolt III .270 Winchester. Both rifles come with Vortex Diamondback Tactical Optics. The third item is a Mossberg International Silver Reserve 12 Gauge. The drawing will be done on June 1st and 1 entry is $20 dollars, 3 entries are $50 dollars, and 10 entries are $100 dollars.
