Officers were called in to assist during an Adult Parole & Probation check at a Vernal residence on May 16th. The agent informed officers that they were doing a compliance check at the residence when multiple syringes and a baggie containing white substance was located. 40-year-old Nicole Thullen was placed under arrest and secured into the patrol vehicle. The officer then went back into the residence where the agent showed him the set of drawers where the methamphetamine and paraphernalia was located. Thullen is charged with 2nd Degree Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance and Misdemeanor Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
