A man with a history of DUI was arrested once again this week and is now facing a felony charge. According to the Affidavit of Probable Cause, 59-year-old Anson Les Manning, a restricted driver with a revoked license, was sitting in the driver’s seat of a running vehicle near 1300 West Highway 40 in Roosevelt on Monday when officers responded to an Intoxication call. Upon arrival, the officers observed Manning with his hand in a case of Budweiser when they approached and asked if he had been drinking. He responded that he had been. After being unable to complete the field sobriety tests, Manning was arrested. In addition to misdemeanor charges, he is charged with DUI, upgraded to a 3rd Degree Felony due to having 2 or more in the last 10 years.
