A passenger who was also the vehicle owner was arrested on a variety of charges after a traffic stop in Ballard last week. According to the Affidavit of Probable Cause, the stop was initiated due to a non-working headlight but things quickly escalated when it was found the license plate was actually registered to a different vehicle. The passenger in the vehicle, 28-year-old Rosa Janelle Myore, identified herself as the vehicle owner and told officers that the plates were from her other vehicle. During a search of the vehicle, methamphetamine and hydrocodone were located, as well as drug paraphernalia and a revolver. Myore was arrested and has been charged with 3rd Degree Felony False Evidence of Title and Registration and Possession of a Firearm by a Restricted Person, as well as Misdemeanor drug charges. The driver, Shay Ridley, was arrested on an outstanding warrant.
