A new felony drug charge was added to the existing charges against a fugitive arrested on March 27th in Vernal. During the arrest, officers found a chain with a small black vial attached to it in the man’s pocket. The vial contained two small plastic bags. One contained fentanyl and the other methamphetamine. Additional drugs were found in a shoulder pocket while being searched at the Uintah County Jail. 38-year-old Brad James Moore was booked into the jail on 2 counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance, 1 count of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and 1 count of Bringing a Prohibited Item Into a Correctional Facility.
