A Duchesne County man is being held on no bail after being charged with 1st Degree
Felony Rape. Court documents state that 49-year-old Bryan Keith Dumas was arrested
after the victim reported the alleged assault to police and an investigation took place. The
assault reportedly took place at the Duchesne County Senior Citizen’s Center. Dumas is
being held on No Bail and is scheduled in 8th District Court on January 22nd.
