A Uintah County woman has been arrested on drug and child endangerment charges. Adult Probation and Parole contacted law enforcement on December 18th after a home visit revealed dangerous conditions. The AP&P officer reported that he was at the residence of probationer, 29-year-old Brittany Cutburth. A methamphetamine pipe was in plain view in the living room as well as a bong on a small stand next to the Christmas tree. The bong contained suspected methamphetamine residue. The officer noted that there were two children in the home and the walking one-year-old was tall enough to potentially access both pipes. Cutburth admitted to officers that she had ingested methamphetamine from the bong earlier that morning. She was arrested and booked into jail for Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Endangerment of a Child, which was a felony charge.
