It was another year of magic and miracles at the Roosevelt Enchanted Forest that raised over $270,000 dollars for 26 charities at the Crossroads Center on November 16th. The Rotary Dinner hosted over 230 business and community members with a delicious dinner and entertainment before the auction of the trees. Braxton Nielsen once again provided the auctioneer services which is always special as he was once a recipient of the Enchanted Forest after he was seriously injured in a rodeo accident in 2017. Duchesne County Commissioner Irene Hanson said the night was full of miracles. She also noted that the Roosevelt Interfaith Council hosted a beautiful event on Friday, November 17th, which brought over 250 people to enjoy a live nativity. The Enchanted Forest event is largely thanks to the Duchesne County staff at the Crossroads Center, including Director Ryan Lundstrom who provides all the heavy lifting and organization. Well done to all in supporting these local charities.
