The Vernal Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing/runaway juvenile. 15-year-old Amrelle “Neveah” Manheimer went missing on August 31st. Her last known location was at the Split Mountain Youth Center in Vernal. Amrelle ran from the facility around midnight . She has brown eyes and dark brown hair.
