A Uintah County woman has been charged with felony Aggravated Assault after allegedly stabbing her boyfriend with broken glass last month. According to the Affidavit of Probable Cause, officers located 27-year-old Daidre Isabel Arthur after receiving a report of a stabbing and receiving information on where Arthur was headed after the incident. Officers spoke to the boyfriend who had a bleeding puncture wound to his upper right arm. The boyfriend told them that he and Arthur had got into an argument and he told her to leave. She allegedly attacked him, glass was broken, and she used it to stab him in the arm. Four children were in the residence at the time, three of whom went with Arthur. Arthur was located and after speaking with all parties, Officers determined that she was the primary aggressor and she was placed under arrest. She was charged with Aggravated Assault and 4 counts of Domestic Violence in the Presence of a Child.
