While it is a scenic drive, Highway 191 north of Vernal can be dangerous in some locations, especially for industrial vehicles. This proved to be the case for a semi on Sunday night. According to Utah Highway Patrol, a white freightliner semi was traveling north near mile marker 392 at about 10:03pm when it ran off the road to the right. “The semi rolled onto its passenger side into a ditch,” shares the UHP report. “The driver was not injured in the crash. Medical did respond to the scene, but he was not transported.
