It’s been a wonderful summer of successful events in Daggett County, including the over 100 year old Cow Country Rodeo, and those that make things happen are thinking of the future. The Lions Club of Flaming Gorge is seeking volunteers to help keep the rodeos and other events going strong for years to come. To volunteer, call 435-784-3180 or email bcarter@daggettcounty.org. Some of the biggest days of the year are still to come with Daggett Daze and the Daggett Heritage PRCA Rodeo over Labor Day weekend, September 1st and 2nd. There will be the Daggett Daze parade and kids market in the park as well as live music both nights. Saturday also includes the Lucerne Marina Parade of Lights at Dusk and fireworks.
